Functionality Testing
Functionality testing consists of checking all links throughout the web site or application, executing different user case scenarios on forms, login or user account functionality, creating, modifying or deleting comments, and testing administrator console tools. Each functionality testing requires covering all possible scenarios available to the user. This may vary from an Html to a Flash web site, as the linking of the pages is developed completely differently.

Compatibility Testing
Prior to the commencement of all projects we deliver a Test Plan that includes all the browsers and platforms to be tested. Our standard compatibility testing includes: IE 6.2 (Windows XP), IE 7+ (Windows XP and Windows Vista), Firefox on Mac and Windows, Opera and Safari on MAC. Compatibility testing regroups UI testing and Functionality testing through all the different browser versions. In order to help your development team fix bugs, we offer a large browser library with the latest and past browsers downloadable from our client login section.

Usability Testing
Usability Testing is a technique used to evaluate the product from a user standpoint. When we run usability or UI (user interface) testing, we make sure that the product meets the intended purpose, and that it will make sense to the end user. Our test cases are written from QA checklists to check the navigation, the time needed for the web site to load, color fonts, text format, data entry, layout, cookies, and web indexing.
