If you’ve ever seen the Nike Sportswear logo somewhere it’s because the brand is a global presence from the Americas to Asia. Our client Instrument asked us to help them to test the new Nike Sportswear web site on desktop and mobile browsers in 16 different languages to ensure the user experience was both consistent yet appropriately localized for each region. We worked with the Instrument development team to establish a test strategy and an appropriate test matrix to make sure this global web site could be viewed without any problem for users in North America, Brazil, Europe and China.
